Richelle notices clothing and appearances, and as such she will be instantly judging everyone by how fashionable and attractive they are. Since this is a text based hobby and all, it'd be an awesome help if people could fill in the form below and just give some info on how your characters look/dress.

how into asians is shePretty good looking! Stupidly tall, watch out for that. Not much muscle definition but obscenely strong.How do they dress? His icons are pretty indicative of his general style; monotone vests and matching slacks, colourful shirts and always an ascot. Most importantly, he is rarely without the cowboy hat, and the vest always has a sheriff's badge pinned to it.
What's their personal grooming like? He's not explicitly shown holding hygiene standards, but given his clothes and everything tend to look very nice when he's not had the shit beaten out of him, and how readily he dresses up, it's safe to assume pretty damn good.

How good-looking are they? Richelle can't see through his Mask so he's short, average and fucking built. He's also gotten really chill about his multitude of scars being on display.
How do they dress? Hobo student chique. Nerdy shirts of various descriptions, usually NASA related, a hoodie with shoved-up sleeves, tracksuit pants or jeans and bare feet, the horror

How do they dress? Naoki tends toward 'jeans, t-shirt, maybe hooded sweatshirt' for the most part; blue and yellow are common colors. Very occasionally he'll bust out his Grid cape.
What's their personal grooming like? If he didn't put some effort into his hair (thank you for existing, hair gel) it would be an impossibly frizzy mess.

How good-looking are they? Reasonably attractive.
How do they dress? In a previous game, a canonmate described Claudia as 'dress[ing] like a thrift store fell on her'; that description sums her style up so perfectly I've used it ever since. XD Nerdy shirts, usually at least two layers of top wear, penchant for Converse shoes, lots of rings, at least one necklace (also nerdy).
What's their personal grooming like? Claudia tends not to mess with makeup too much - she's too active for it to be practical - but she usually has a colored streak in her hair (blue and purple are her favorites, but she can do damn near anything she wants now that she has Prestidigitation!). She also has multiple piercings in both ears.

How good-looking are they? Shinji doesn't give a shit about 'good-looking' and in fact actively cultivates 'intimidating.'
How do they dress? Richelle is going to despair of 'this guy who's constantly in a coat and beanie,' isn't she. XD Even if he eventually shakes things up he's not going to put particular effort into being stylish.
What's their personal grooming like? Well, he's not nearly as dirty as 'constantly in a coat and beanie' might lead her to think. That would be detrimental in a kitchen.

How good-looking are they? like...7/10 if you're being generous. She has a naturally handsome face, and if she actually took the time to worry about being pretty, she could be quite attractive. But she doesn't, so she isn't.
How do they dress? She dresses like a boy, and many people actually mistake her for one. If they do, she doesn't correct them.
What's their personal grooming like? She does her best to make sure she doesn't stink or look like a slob, but beyond that goes to no great pains to look good. No makeup or hair styling.

How good-looking are they? Stunning. Natasha isn't tall, but she makes up for it in looks, with long red hair and green eyes. She has an athletically curvy build, and she definitely looks likes she takes care of herself.
How do they dress? 'Simple and badass' is how her wardrobe is described by the actress that plays Natasha! She sticks to minimal fuss- leather blazers or jackets over tank tops, skinny jeans that have a polished, almost leather-like look to them and tall boots, usually with some kind of heel, all of which are in neutral or dark toned colors. Jewelry is also kept to a minimum- usually a single necklace, and nothing else. Typical outfit, Current #aesthetic.
What's their personal grooming like? Very good. Natasha wears minimal makeup, but what she does wear is expertly applied. She tends to wear her hair down, and styled with soft waves, though she'll wear it up if training. Close up.

How good-looking are they? Pretty good looking. Major has short dark hair and blue eyes. She holds herself stiffly, and moves with purpose, almost like a predator.
How do they dress? Her style of dress is concise, minimalist, and tactical — she tends towards bomber jackets, jeans, tank tops and combat boots; things she can run or move in without worrying that it will catch on things. 1, 2
What's their personal grooming like? Major doesn't wear makeup, and she keeps her hair short, and while it's not messy, it's certainly not styled, or really thought of. She looks fairly well groomed otherwise. Close up.

How do they dress? Her usual default outfit is armor - in fact, modified biker's armor over a modified wetsuit. When she's actually dressing up or not looking for trouble, she wears a very, very 80's denim skirt and pastel CYMK design top she stole from her time in Showtime.
What's their personal grooming like? They clearly go through effort to get their hair into those twin-tails, but they might wait a day before they shower.

How do they dress? Oh lord. They dress like a touhou at all times, with lots of gothic lolita blue, indigo, and white lace.
What's their personal grooming like? Effortlessly flawless 24/7; when you're a witch, looking disheveled happens to other people.

How good-looking are they? She looks like the geeky sidekick of a teen horror movie until she draws the hidden katana.
How do they dress? They wear a pink shirt with a green cthulhu cartoon in a schoolgirl outfit, among other slightly less disconcerting memey t-shirts and skirts/shorts.
What's their personal grooming like? They get by as best they can given the lack of mobility; magic helps. They don't usually go out of their way to look good.

How good-looking are they? It really depends on what you're looking for. He's short and slim - not strong, but no longer weak, either, a fair amount of lean muscle there. His features are pleasing but unremarkable - with the exception of his visible scars. Only one or two on his face, but if you see more of him - even just his hands - they're very apparent and distinctive.
How do they dress? He usually (but not always) wears a rather magnificent long silver-grey cloak with the wings of freedom emblazoned on the back. He also usually wears a long grey scarf with an embroidered 'A' on the end, a pair of fingerless leather gloves, and a pair of short swords at his belt with a direwolf on the hilt. Aside from that, his dress is extremely variable. His most distinctive outfit is a dual-layered surcoat, often with a dark metal breastplate, pauldrons, greaves, etc. (See icon.) But often he'll wear something more simple, pants and a shirt - with about equal frequency more formal, old fashioned clothes as jeans and a t-shirt or turtleneck. Usually plain colors, white and blue and brown and black.
He also is occasionally a girl, though she may not recognize him as the same person immediately. She's about 8 inches shorter that way, with the same coloring. She has a moderately sized chest. In this form, she usually wears a short skirt and a light-colored blouse, and sometimes a darker sweater over the top. She usually doesn't wear her cloak or swords in this form. The scarf and gloves are a toss up.
What's their personal grooming like? He generally keeps his hair and outfit neat, and he keeps relatively clean - extremely clean, for a soldier of his time period, only relatively so for someone from modern times - but doesn't do much of anything for the aesthetic value of his appearance alone.

How good-looking are they? Extraordinarily, almost unearthly attractive. (He's descended from angelic blood.) D'Angelines are often described as having a 'sharp-edged/ symmetric beauty.' He has very pale, ivory skin, with sapphire blue eyes and raven black hair that has a nearly blue sheen to it. He also has straight brows and a firm jawline.
Though he is only 11, he has a teenage form where he looks more like 17-18.
How do they dress? He usually dressed as he was raised, as a goatherd. Simple shirt and trousers, very old fashioned and styled, though much better quality than he'd ever had back home.
What's their personal grooming like? Though effortlessly graceful and beautiful, Imriel pays hardly any attention to his appearance.

How good-looking are they? Delicate, tiny and pretty.
How do they dress? Expensively but not extravagantly. Nicely tailored dresses and jackets, mostly in pastel shades.
What's their personal grooming like? Overall good, hair neat, some light makeup but not to excess.

How good-looking are they? On the pretty side of ordinary. Solidly built, hella curvy, average height. (She has the best body by medieval standards, not so much by modern standards, which favor the very thin and tall.) She's got a really nice smile, though, and an infectious laugh.
How do they dress? Thorne is basically all or nothing when it comes to clothes. She either dresses for absolute comfort or to look absolutely awesome. The first translates to jeans, doc martens, hoodies, and nerdy and/or arty tee shirts. The second... well, there's a lot of things that Thorne will wear on a whim that fall into that category. Really nice and well-made cosplays (that she makes herself), liminally-created copies of fancy high-fashion gowns from any point in the last century (she really likes Dior, especially the Junon and the Palladio dresses), and copies of outfits she'd worn on Jaunts, especially the historical ones (and especially the 20s dresses from Brooklyn.) She has a silver and moonstone butterfly pendant given to her by her boyfriend that she wears religiously.
What's their personal grooming like? She keeps herself clean! Hair has just recovered from a bad cut and is just past shoulder length now. Default state is black with pink tips, but she messes with prestidigitation a lot and so it can be found in about any different bright color combination. Sometimes her boyfriend uses his own prestidigitation to play with it and do fancy things to it. When she's dressing up nice, she'll put it in an up-do. Her ears are pierced and she's got a little nose stud. She either goes without make-up altogether or (when she's dressing up) with dark-lined eyes and red lips.

Might have some foreign ancestry on her father's side, as per my personal headcanon.Auburn hair and big violet eyes.How do they dress? Mostly lolita fashion, weighted toward sweet lolita. Lots of pinafore dresses with varying amounts of ruffles. When she's attempting to be Official she'll often put on her Witch's Outfit.
What's their personal grooming like? Honestly, if Beato hadn't convinced her that personal grooming habits were secretly special magic rituals, she would be a lot worse than she is. As it is, she's doing pretty okay for a kid.
Character name: Chie Satonaka
How good-looking are they? Also on the pretty side of ordinary, with an athletic build. She's the least flashy of the P4 girls, but she probably has the best legs of them all.
How do they dress? Athletic and sporty, but still obviously a girl. Likes short shorts, short skirts, and short dresses (with biker shorts under the last two so she doesn't accidentally get upskirted) because they let her show off her legs and more importantly move easily. Lots of tank-tops. A bit of layering. She has a green track jacket that's her favorite and she tends to wear it over the rest of her outfits when it's not too hot or too cold. Minimal jewelry.
What's their personal grooming like? Usually doesn't wear make-up beyond lip-gloss. When she does it's fairly light. Despite her icons, her hair is currently at its Golden Epilogue length/style. As far as cleanliness goes she's fine, unless she's just finished a work-out. Fairly obvious tattoo of a sunflower on one leg. (It's her Arcana mark.)

How good-looking are they? Can you say 'silver fox? No, seriously, he's
Angel Frenchd'Angeline, which means he's descended from angels and that gives him almost supernaturally good looks, including the distinctive cutting symmetry common to his countrymen. And sure, he's forty, but do you know who else is forty? Lots of (male) movie stars and they're still hot. His features have been described as austerely handsome and noble. His eyes are grey, with topaz flecks and his hair is a russet auburn, with the occasional silver threads from stress/age. Like I said, he's a goddamn silver fox.How do they dress? Oh, he dresses super well... for the middle ages. Which usually translates to a doublet and hose, more often than not. But it's all of really fine material and he knows exactly what colors look best on him. Those are usually autumnal colors, by the way. Occasionally he might experiment with modern suits, but those are in autumnal colors as well. He does not hold with this future time restriction of color for men.
What's their personal grooming like? Impeccable. And not just by medieval standards, as d'Angelines are a cleanly people that love regular bathing. But yeah. About the only time he's dirty is if something (like fighting/riding/etc) has made him dirty and then he'll get himself cleaned up presently. He wears his long hair in a braid down his back pretty much all the time.

How good-looking are they? Raidou is very, very pretty. "Gets kidnapped by fairies" pretty. The second game in particular will happily remind you of this fact in case you forget.
How do they dress? His icons all show him in his school uniform (which is fairly stylish, if old-fashioned), but he's recently begun branching out, using Wardrobe Manipulation to change his clothing to something more appropriate to an adult - usually some combination of trousers, dress shirt, and waistcoat, with a long coat in place of his cape. He generally favors some combination of black, white, and purple, but he's starting to branch out there as well (mostly with regard to the waistcoat). He almost always wears a hat.
He's also got an assortment of alternate forms; most of which are also very pretty; the ones she's most likely to see are his female form and his Sithen form. The latter is notable for the knee-length black hair (which he'll often cut off with a knife) and the large, flightworthy wings that look like they're made out of stained glass; when he's in that form, he shifts his clothing to something closer to what he wore in Purgatory (think tunics and robes). The former is mostly seen on Jaunts and has the same general coloring (black hair, grey eyes) and style he does, unless he's Infiltrating.
What's their personal grooming like? Immaculate.
Character name: Minako Arisato
How good-looking are they? She's fairly pretty, although she leans more towards the cute end of the spectrum. Her eyes are bright red
to contrast her with the male protagonistfor no apparent reason.How do they dress? Minako dresses in styles that are somewhat trendy but not overly so for a Persona game circa 2009 (examples) - that or her old school uniform. She wears her Evoker in a holster when she's not stashing it in her hammerspace. When she's in Liminal Space, she's usually accompanied by Mothman and/or Suzaku; Mothman usually perches on her shoulder, while Suzaku flits around them. Mothman has developed a thing for really tacky 90s-style wraparound sunglasses but thankfully doesn't wear them that often.
What's their personal grooming like? She keeps pretty clean, and keeps her clothes neat and clean as well. She almost always wears her hair up, with a gold "XXII" barrette in it.
Character name: Cassandra
How good-looking are they? She's more striking than beautiful; she's 180cm tall, with very light hair, extremely pale skin, and silver eyes that turn gold and catlike when she powers up (not very often). Her hair is kept short; I'm not sure she can grow it out even if she wanted to.
How do they dress? In Liminal Space, she typically wears her version of the standard warrior uniform, although she will change clothes on special occasions, like the Liminal balls. On Jaunts, she generally wears what she's given. She doesn't really have a sense of personal style outside of insisting that the front of her body is covered at all times.
What's their personal grooming like? She keeps as clean as possible, but there may or may not be a slight scent of blood, since she's walking around with a giant unhealed incision down the front of her body.

How good-looking are they? Reasonably pretty; see icon.
How do they dress? She tends towards sporty casual, but as she was designed by Kazuma Kaneko, it's very stylish sporty casual.
What's their personal grooming like? She keeps it simple, but she's well-groomed.

How good-looking are they? Prob at least a 7 or 8 depending how into the scruffy mussed 'does not bother to comb his hair' look she is. (He cleans up nicely too but that rarely ever happens)
How do they dress? Reference index. He basically wears the same damned outfit or variation of every. Single. Day. (and when the weather is cool, you can't tell what he's actually wearing because he has a jacket on over it all the time) Basically blacks, dark browns, khaki greens. Always layers for the top, slacks for the bottom. Always wearing his watch, a diamond-card suit ring and pendant.
What's their personal grooming like? Well, he showers and is clean. Just. Very wash and wear. He does own a comb but it doesn't seem to get much use. Minimal effort past basic hygiene.

How good-looking are they? As a kid, he's terribly cute. As an adult, he's the cute side of handsome.
How do they dress? Right, regardless of age, tends to have a red letterman jacket over his two to three layers of clothes when it's chilly. He also tends to dress in common (for Japan) street clothes of mostly red and pink colors. There's at least one sweatshirt that he either wears over his tee, or tied around his waist during warmer weather. He might be passably fashionable by 90s fashion... maybe.
What's their personal grooming like? Since he's still a kid, he only does basic grooming. Japanese culture, however, does encourage daily bathing by including a nice hot bath to soak in after cleaning up, so Right has an incentive to clean himself up on a regular basis. But beyond that, he's like your typical boy, having no problem getting dirty from either playing or fighting evil.

How good-looking are they? At least an 8, if not a 9. She's rather attractive for a self-proclaimed common girl.
How do they dress? Fashionable for circa Japan 2009. More classy than anything else in style, and usually wears either a knee-length dress or shirt-n-shorts combo. Almost always wears stockings.
What's their personal grooming like? As a professional photographer, she understands the importance of keeping oneself clean and looking good, so she takes good care of her skin and hair. Nothing fancy or expensive, but definitely stuff that works for her. She wears make-up lightly, but she still makes it work very well. Unless, of course, she's in that rare battle...

How good-looking are they? Almost supernaturally gorgeous blonde bombshell, but her aesthetic is a little more mid-20th-century Hollywood curvy rather than modern tan and fit like Richelle's probably used to.
How do they dress? She does have a very iconic ridiculous black, gold, and burgundy evening gown she spends most of her time in. In general she dresses very stylishly...for a century ago. Even her more casual outfits tend to be a little...unique in their style.
What's their personal grooming like? She pretty much uses magic (and Jaunt Skillz) to keep herself made up and poised at all times (less out of laziness and more because she really hates mirrors). She's very well put-together and proud enough of it that she keeps it up pretty much 24/7.
Character name: Rise Kujikawa
How good-looking are they? Professionally good-looking. Rise's a Japanese model/actress and extremely popular with both men and women, and she'd be the last person to pretend that's entirely because of her friendly personality. She puts a lot of effort into staying in shape and keeping herself looking good enough for cameras (especially in Liminal Space where she has an unlimited supply of Chinese junk food, thanks Kanji).
How do they dress? Rise dresses fashionably for 2012 Japan, favoring bright colors and breezy, easy-moving skirts and dresses. She uses Liminal Wardrobe to experiment a lot, but it's usually along those themes.
What's their personal grooming like? She puts kind of a lot of effort into staying pretty (and unlike the other girl can't just cheat with S. Tech). Like I said, she's used to living a life on camera and keeps that up even in Liminal Space. This monstrosity of a poster is the only decent picture of her most recent casual look. She occasionally puts her hair up like in her stage look still but has noooot really duplicated that outfit recently.

How do they dress? Phillip usually wears pretty basic albeit well fitting clothes- think jeans and a t-shirt- but makes up for that with a shitton of accessories. How good-looking are they? Melissa pretty much looks like she could be a model.
How do they dress? She dresses very simply, for the most part. Comfortable clothes she can move and fight in. I feel like the three guns and one dagger she always has on her person might attract some attention, though.
What's their personal grooming like? She takes very good care of herself. Doesn't really bother with makeup anymore but also doesn't super need it.

How do they dress? Jean's most common outfit is the iconic Military attire from his home world, combined with a green cape. Otherwise he's more of a casual style type, and he wears darker toned/earth-toned clothes.

How good-looking are they? A handsome Asian guy.
How do they dress? Very formally. Usually in some sort of a dress shirt and long trousers - sometimes even in a tuxedo (even while he's not Tuxedo Mask). Even when he's being more casual he looks very formal by standard.
What's their personal grooming like? He doesn't do anything fancy, yet he looks very fancy by nature. It's very, very rare to see him with something like a bed hair even.

How good-looking are they? She's in a synthetic body and she got to set the parameters on it herself, so naturally she looks like a K-drama superstar heroine with perfect skin.
How do they dress? She puts a fair amount of thought into her appearance, but she's also a big nerd so it probably kind of balances out. Default outfit is schoolgirl, but that may later expand to include maid, detective and scientist.

How good-looking are they? He is rather average, sandy-haired and slim and bespectacled, vaguely pleasant more than attractive. Basically, his face doesn't stand out.
How do they dress? The most urbane and well-put-together of Victorian fashion. He favors light brown and gray suits, a waistcoat with many pockets, and a hat.
What's their personal grooming like? Extremely good. His hair is always exactly where it belongs, his glasses are always clean, and he always smells pleasant.
Character name: Stone
How good-looking are they? He's an old guy. I doubt she'd look at him as attractive in any way, though in his youth he was pretty good-looking for a Raksura. The gray skin probably would throw her off, too.
How do they dress? Stone dresses as gray and shabby as the rest of him. This will not make a good showing.
What's their personal grooming like? Stone is partial to mud baths, dust wallows, and burying himself in sand. Personal grooming is not a thing he really does. He doesn't smell bad, but he certainly doesn't look very put-together.
Character name: Jolie (since she'll probably be back eventually)
How good-looking are they? She's pretty, for a 15 year old girl who doesn't think she's pretty. Blonde, green-eyed, athletic-looking, with a heart-shaped face and all that. Though she does have those shadow-tentacles on her back, that might kind of ruin it a little.
How do they dress? She doesn't wear make-up, and her clothes are kind of thrift-store punk. She's got a shirt with a skull on it, a denim jacket she's sewn studs onto, and faded jeans with sneakers.
What's their personal grooming like? Casual. She keeps clean and brushes her hair and teeth, but doesn't go out of her way.

However she generally leaves off the hats nowadays in favor of a white head band (which are actually her Infoglasses from the Spark). In Jaunts, she maintains a stylish business-casual (or equivalent) kind of look. Notably, she always wears long sleeves and gloves regardless of the weather.

How good-looking are they? Very tall,ripped, and masculine! He also has very symmetrical features (almost too perfectly symmetrical, actually). So, generally very attractive, if one is into buff and manly. On the other hand, yes, his hair is naturally that impossible red (eyelashes and eyebrows and his beard prove it), and his eyes exactly match the shade. He also has multiple tattoos. White stripes and triangles on his cheeks and hands, an orange tornado on his chest and a great big black one splashed across his stomach. Probably even the uninitiated will find the last one a little disturbing, as it manages to invoke both lava, and very hungry monsters.
He has a female form thanks to Tiresias, and looks very very similar. The biggest difference is small boobs, and very wide and curvy hips. He also sometimes wanders about as a giant three-headed hellhound, or a more reasonable-sized (but still huge) Tibetan Mastiff with reddish-black fur.
How do they dress? So, after his most recent dungeon, Lupa has mostly put aside his armor, which means Richelle will be spared the armored thong unless she happens to run into Lupa while he's on his way to a fight or a dungeon. One thing he has kept is the necklaces/belt of bulky brass rings. They glow faintly. Generally Lupa's new style runs towards denim, leather and "allergic to shirts." He's probably most often found in jeans, and either a leather or denim vest. He also carries a pistol and a sword at most times. If he's really comfortable, he might switch to a lungi or kilt-like garment, and a vest or coat of a softer material. 99% percent of the time he dresses to show off his chest, stomach and arms. He also avoids most shades of blue and yellow like the plague, and the closest he'll get is the really faded almost white denim. Usually he prefers black, gray or white, and there are white designs on every piece of clothing he wears (that isn't completely white). He usually accents with red, but will also add orange. On his feet, he tends to wear either weird futuristic gray boots, or... go barefoot.
He dresses exactly the same as a woman, which means, yes there will be visible boobs. He doesn't wear clothes as a hellhound or mastiff.
What's their personal grooming like? If Lupa is out and about in Liminal he's either impeccably clean, or actively working out (and thus probably a bit sweaty). His hair is always neatly done up in several braids that are tied back out of his face, and his beard is carefully groomed. Likewise, his nails are kept very short, but very even. His clothes are also clean and generally not rumpled. This is generally true in his created space, except he's far more likely to be working out or having just finished a workout. Or eating (which means he's bloody and probably a hellhound). But yeah, he showers at least once, if not twice a day (see messy eating habits and the workouts), and puts great stock in being clean.

How good-looking are they? Middling? Pod tends to look younger than she is (about 16ish) so she probably veers cute over attractive. First thing of note is that she is tiny, and delicate boned. I'm talking 4'10'' being generous. So she looks like a strong wind might blow her away, and she's not very curvy at all (although she's filled out a teeny bit; enough to confirm that yes, teenager at a close look). She also has natural, pure white hair, fair skin, and hazel eyes. She doesn't think she's at all attractive, but she's probably got a fair chance of meeting modern sensibilities if one overlooks the height bit.
Kiga is a wolverine, he's very large and has an excellent and thick fur coat and is very handsome, thankyouverymuch. But to a human he's probably on the wtf side of things. (If I can get the skill, he'll also occasionally be a pony-sized four-eyed bird-lizard dragon)
How do they dress? 99% of the time Pod will be dressed like she walked out of a Ren Faire or a high fantasy LARP. She wears tunics and breeches (and hose) almost exclusively. Her tunic will always be hooded and primarily brown with green stitching, lining, and other small accents. Her breeches will also be brown, and sometimes she'll wear leather ones. She also wears sturdy boots, and a pack (her hammerspace can't quite hold everything yet oops). Always has a knife on her (actually two, but the smaller utility knife is hard to notice.) Kiga... is a wolverine and doesn't do clothes.
What's their personal grooming like? Absolutely zero makeup and/or jewelry. While Pod takes care to keep her hair well brushed, she also tends to just pull her hair back out of the way if she's working on something (usually a braid or bun), and leaves it free if not. She's very clean, and her clothes are kept washed and in good condition! Just what is this trying to look pretty for other people thing?
Likewise, Kiga is also impeccably washed and brushed until his fur shines. But he's a male wolverine so he, uh, smells a bit! Mileage will vary about whether it's a nice smell or a bad one, but it's definitely noticeable and a very strong musk. Although they don't really smell like skunks, the musk is strong enough that they've earned the nickname 'skunk bear.' But yeah, Pod thinks it smells fine, and other people may or may not agree with her. Because she handles Kiga so often, she'll probably carry faint whiffs of the same scent.

How good-looking are they? Well, on the one hand, he's Sebastian Stan, which means he's tall, has a decent build, and has lovely features that probably appeal to teen girls. On the other hand, he's a fairytale weirdo who makes dumb faces and hasn't mastered the tragic, broody smoulder yet. So he can really go either way from "wow that guy's hot" to "he's like my dorky brother."
How do they dress? Jefferson dresses like a fairytale rockstar. His sense of fashion's pretty distinctive, and he clearly puts care into his outfits. High boots, leather breeches, fitted waistcoats, a long coat with leather accents, scarves and cravats, etc. His shirts and scarves tend to be patterned and colorful. And he's usually wearing a few rings. He has the look of somebody who's flashy, fashionable (by like, fairly anachronistic Ren Faire standards), and probably a bit vain.
What's their personal grooming like? GUYLINER AND TRAGIC LEVELS OF BED HEAD. He tends to be clean-shaven, or a bit stubbly at worst. He is from a magical woodland fairytale place, so you know, indoor plumbing is probably foreign to him. Which is to say that while he is clean and bathes regularly, he's probably not like... at the same level of hygiene as a thoroughly modern person with their fancy soaps in 1000 different scents and their running water pffth.

How do they dress? He is typically well-dressed, and he tends to wear garb that the person he is speaking to would traditionally wear to a funeral (so a black suit for a 90's Australian, probably). He doesn't wear other colors unless it fits that particular person's world - so if they wear red ties to funerals in MadeUpLandia, he will wear that! His clothes are also typically made of nicer materials, since he can make them out of whatever he wants. :|b

How do they dress? Bleach-white robe, kind of like a toga but more... I guess angelic?? Their wings are always out, just as bleach-white and very downy soft. They don't carry anything else on them other than their trumpet.
What's their personal grooming like? They do not wear makeup but they do have a natural holy aesthetic that makes them look pretty nice. Their hair stands up in all directions tho. There's no telling what their hair will look like at any given point because it always looks like it's floating.

How good-looking are they? 4/10 He is very handsome from a human perspective, compared to other Talons, but considering that Talons range from unkempt to Neandertals, appearance wise... He looks human, a kind of plain teenager of indeterminate high school age, neither particularly tall nor heavy for a guy at only 175 cm. He doesn't tend to stand straight, though, but hunch over - not in a slouching way, but in one that looks distinctly predatory, like he's going to get on all four and jump at your throat at any moment. When walking, he lopes, and he has a tendency to watch humans entirely too closely, like he's staring down a cornered rabbit.
How do they dress? Sorry, world. When it's cold, he puts on a baggy jumper and equally baggy sweat pants.
